Standing in six acres, Les Ballastières has a large courtyard with secure parking, large garden and the River Ternoise bordering the field. The river is home to kingfishers and waterfowl and in our garden and the fields around we see a wide range of wildlife, including deer, hares, quail, buzzards and lots more.
Bed & Breakfast
The guest rooms are in a separate part of the farmhouse, yet attached. No need to cross the courtyard for breakfast! We offer two ensuite double/family and two twin/double rooms.
The Hayloft
The old hayloft at Les Ballastières has been converted into ‘indoor camping’ - and you don't have to go outside to get to the showers and toilets!

The old forge has been converted into self-catering accommodation, which is also suitable for people in wheelchairs.
..but whatever your passion, whether on wheels or on foot, you may still be interested in the events at the Circuit du Croix - our local race circuit, only 5 minutes from Les Ballastières. You can see old bikes and new at various times on the race track, as well as classic cars and the Formula 3 Coupe de France championships.
Other
A games room in the old cowshed is open to all our guests. As well as various bar games, there are also books, board and outdoor games for times when you just want to laze around Les Ballastières.
We also have a BBQ area in the courtyard for your use.
A packed lunch is also available for a small supplement. Please ask the night before, or, if you require it the day after your arrival, please let us know at the time of booking.
