Within easy reach of the ports of Calais, Boulogne and Dunkerque, as well as Eurotunnel, Les Ballastières can be found in Gauchin Verloingt, a small village just a couple of minutes outside St. Pol-sur-Ternoise on the D343 - and very near the renowned race track at Croix-en-Ternois.
How To Reach Us
From Calais take the A16 onto the A26 péage (toll road) - direction Arras/Lille/Paris. Leave at Junction 5, signposted St. Pol s/T, and follow the D916 to St. Pol. On entering St. Pol, turn right at the traffic lights in the centre - D343 direction Fruges/Anvin. Continue out of St. Pol, passing under a railway bridge with sharp right-hand bend. Take the next turning right, signposted "Eglise", into rue du Moulin, over the railway crossing and Les Ballastières is the large, white stone building on the right.
From Boulogne take the N1 and then A16 (toll road) towards Le Touquet/ Amiens/Rouen/Paris. Leave at Junction 25 and then onto the D303, then N1 towards Montreuil. Near Montreuil take the N39. Continue along N39 until you reach the exit for St. Pol-sur-Ternoise. Exit onto the D916 then head for rue de Fruges and the D343. Continue out of St. Pol, passing under a railway bridge with sharp right - hand bend immediately after. Take the next turning right, signposted "Eglise", into rue du Moulin, over the railway crossing and Les Ballastières is the large, white stone building on the right.
